Climate In the Netherlands the climate has cool summers and moderate winters. The climate in the Netherlands is effected by the North Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. In the Netherlands it rains all year. The only dry period in the weather occurs between April and September. In the fall and winter the Atlantic low-pressure systems make for some pretty uncomfortable weather in the Netherlands. The climate in the Netherlands in very wet.
Major Cities in the Netherlands In the Netherlands there are many major cities. The capital of the Netherlands is Amsterdam. Some of the major cities in the Netherlands are, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Den Haag. Amsterdam is a province of North Holland. 17th Century canals run through the very heart of Amsterdam. As the capital city of the Netherlands I believe that the city lives up to it's expectations.
Enviornment In the Netherlands the enviornment is ok. Many people in the Netherlands worry about global warming. They worry about global warming because they use many chimmneys, and they worry about and increase of the carbon dioxide in the air. The Dutch police have also played a significant role in cleaning up litter in the Netherlands. Currently the farmlands in the Netherlands are being updated to result in a better outcome, and to preserve their biodiversity. biodiversity- diversity among and within plant and animal species in the environment.
